Triaperformance is an endurance coaching service operated by KOCH VENTURES LLC. For any question about your data, write to coach@triaperformance.com.
We collect only the data you give us and the data generated by using the site.
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for their advertising.
We use providers that process data on our behalf, each under its own privacy policy: Google (Analytics, Search Console and Workspace for email), Microsoft (Clarity), Meta (lead forms on Facebook and Instagram), TrainingPeaks (training management and marketplace payments), and Amazon Web Services and Hostinger as infrastructure. Our CRM and our automations are self-hosted on our own servers.
We keep contact data while there is an active relationship or interest, and training data for the duration of the service plus a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
You can ask us to access your data, correct it, delete it, transfer it to another provider, or object to a specific use. Write to coach@triaperformance.com and we will reply.
Every commercial email we send includes an unsubscribe link. When you unsubscribe we stop writing to you and keep your address on a suppression list for the sole purpose of not contacting you again.
The site uses first- and third-party cookies to measure usage in aggregate (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) and to keep your session in the members area. You can block them in your browser; the members area needs the session cookie to work.
The service is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top.
